Centre Elite Gymnastics

Gymnastics instruction and body awareness development for pre-school age children. 45 minute instructed classes, parents are strongly encouraged to stay and watch from viewing area.

Body awareness, coordination and strength development through gymnastics instruction Introduction to all gymnastics apparatus that is pre-school appropriate.

For the pre-school child who has previous gymnastics experience or wishes to take a 60 minute class. Pre-school children that show a natural talent and/or love for gymnastics may be asked to join our Pre-Team program.

Specific gymnastics instruction for boys and girls using gender appropriate apparatus. Flexibility and strength development will be included in each class.

Girls Apparatus: Vault, Uneven bars, Balance Beam, Floor and Trampoline

Boys Apparatus: Vault, Parallel Bars, Rings, Pommel Horse, High Bar, Floor and Trampoline

Girls Class progression:

Level 1A/ 1B – Basic beginner through Advanced beginner level classes, 75 minutes per class

Level 2A/ 2B – Intermediate and Intermediate Advanced level classes, 90 minutes per class

Level 2C – Advanced level class, 120 minute per class

Boys Class progression:

Level 1 – Basic beginner through Advanced Beginner level class, 75 minutes

Level 2 – Intermediate/Advanced level class, 90 minutes

Recreational gymnastics children that desire to move to competitive gymnastics can move from a Level class into the Pre-Team, Advanced Rec Team , Boys Developmental or a Competitive team workout group depending on age and ability. Pre-Team, ART, Boys Developmental and Competitive Team is by invitation only.

Parents – play time with your preschooler! Parent directed playtime. Membership and Enrollment Required.

Class times:

Tuesday: 9:30am to 10:30am

Wednesday: 11:30am to 12:30pm

Friday: 9:30am-10:30am

Saturdays– 8:30am to 9:30am (beginning Jan. 6, 2024)

Friday night Open Gym is designed for chidren ages 6 and up to spend time in the gym exploring the equipment, practicing skills they are working on during class and having fun. Open Gym is not a free-for-all and is not intended to be instructed as a class. There will be set rotations and SAFETY is the priorty at Open Gym. The rules of Open Gym will be reviewed every Friday night and CEG staff will monitor events for safety. Please plan to arrive at 7:30pm sharp to join in on the group stretch and rule review.

Children under the age of 6 can join in on the fun as well, but must be accompanied the entire time by a parent, guardian or caregiver at least 14 years old. You can make Open Gym a fun way to spend a family Friday night!

Fridays from 7:30pm-8:45pm during the school year

Tuesdays from 6:00-7:15pm during the summer

All non-members must sign a waiver before participating in Open Gym. In order to maximize your time in the gym, non-members should call ahead when possible and let us know you’ll be coming!

Unleash your child’s inner Ninja in a safety certified gym! We use gymnastics training and Ninja equipment to create a fun, unique Ninja workout for your child each week. Great for developing coordination and strength!

At Centre Elite we know that a birthday party is a very exciting experience for a child on their special day. Our parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes of fun and include 45 minutes of gymnastics fun in the gym and 45 minutes in one of our party rooms! 

Prices:
Full Members: $200

Non-Members: $250

*Membership registration will be waived for the non-member birthday child who enrolls in a class within one month of the party.

** Price includes up to 15 children (22 participants maximum including adults). Ages 5+. $11/ additional child- members, $14/ additional child- non-members. $50 transferable deposit required when reserving party date.
